Sandy Cheeks is located a 5 to 7 minute walk from the beach, without having to cross over the speedy highway. This makes it very convenient to come back and forth to the house throughout your time on the beach.

Main Living Area
The upstairs of the house gives you a sneak peak of an ocean view and is an open layout meant for family gatherings and making memories. The spacious chef's kitchen was designed with the cook in mind!
The luxurious kitchen island seats eight and is a perfect spot for your afternoon snacking. The extensive dining table is sure to seat your entire party and also serves as a great spot for game night. You'll even have a separate table to enjoy your puzzle or other activities throughout the week.
You’ll find that there are almost too many decks to count on this floor, with space for everyone to enjoy quiet time alone reading a book and sipping your morning coffee or making jokes and laughing with each other as you sit together soaking up the morning sun.

Rest & Relaxation
The middle floor is home to four bedrooms, three of which have king beds.
The fourth bedroom has two pyramid bunks, with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. You’ll also find three bathrooms and laundry on this floor to make your life easier throughout your stay. Each bedroom on this floor has its own access to the outside decks. The decks are furnished with Adirondack chairs and a swing, so you can ensure you get the most relaxation time during your stay.
The ground floor is home to the fifth bedroom which has a king bed shared bathroom to the rest of the floor.
